Is there parking?Ample parking is provided outside Unit 2 and along the edge of Westcroft Business Park.

What do I wear/bring?Please ensure you wear clothing that allows your injury to be properly assessed e.g. bring shorts if you have a knee injury. For exercise rehabilitation sessions, please bring a bottle of water and a towel.

Is there disabled access?There is level access into Unit 2. The waiting area and clinic rooms are located on the first floor which requires use of the stairs. If you are unable to use the stairs, you may be eligible for a home visit appointment. For more information, see our home visit service or contact us for more information.

Are there changing facilities/toilets?There is a disabled access toilet on the ground floor of unit 2. This is large enough to be used for changing if required.

Are there any age restrictions?If your child is under the age of 16, please contact us to discuss their needs. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring someone with me to an appointment?You are welcome to bring someone along to your appointments.

What is the cancellation policy?We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel sessions. Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full cost of your appointment. Please see our full cancellation policy for further details.

What is the minimum term?All Rehabilitation Packages have a fixed minimum term. Please ensure you have availability to book all your sessions within this time frame.

How do I renew my package?After the minimum term, you will move onto a 4-weekly rolling contract (unless cancelled).

How do I book my sessions?Book your sessions through the online portal. You can book sessions in 4-weekly blocks after each payment has gone through.

What is the cancellation policy?You can cancel your contract early should you decide that the service is not for you. You just need to provide notice within 14 days of signing up. In this instance, you will only be liable for the first payment of your billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for your first payment. This is due to the work required in setting up and planning your programme. After 14 days, you can cancel any time after your initial term has expired. What if I have no exercise experience?You do not need any gym-based experience before starting an exercise rehabilitation programme. Our sessions are always 1:1, so we can guide you through each exercise.

When can I start rehab after surgery?An exercise rehabilitation package can be used for post-operative rehabilitation. Please provide details of your surgery to see if one of our packages is right for you.
